I'm a big believer that everything happens for a reason. When something interesting lands on your lap you've just got to run with it and see if you can turn it into an opportunity. No need to have regrets later in life. This is how Picture This Albums came to be.

Finding a Wedding Guestbook for My Own Wedding

When doing some searching online for my own wedding, I came across Adesso Albums (makers of the Polaroid Instant Photo Guest Books). I instantly thought it was a brilliant idea. Partially because I am a big fan of photographs (I have two Polaroid cameras and three digital cameras... and one is in my handbag at all times) and partially because I have put together a few photo albums at weddings and other events in my life that seemed to take forever with glue and adhesive and photograph corners - not so enjoyable. I had considered not having a guestbook at my wedding because everything that I had seen in the market seemed so boring. Once I found Adesso Albums Instant Photo Guest Books, I decided I would have three wedding guestbooks instead!

My day job had me on the road a lot. I was easily working 60+ hours a week running a regional office for a technology public relations agency. The work was hard and the stress was high...but I loved every minute of it. That said, I'd been feeling as though I needed a new challenge. It's was time for a change...time for a new adventure...time to start truly capturing life's moments instantly!
